Contract bookings (Village Organisations) - within 30 days from receipt of invoice.

The Management Committee reserves the right to terminate any contract bookings provided reasonable notice is given, (up to a maximum of 3 months notice for long standing bookings).

Health and Safety

Our hall is pretty safe with plenty of ground floor exits but safety is everyones responsibility. Hirers are responsible for ensuring the safety of their guests when using the hall.

Risk Assessments

We have looked at the risks to hall users and tried to minimise these.  Hirers are responsible for ensuring their own risk assessments are made and implemented - but may find our general documentation
