How to Make a Booking

Individuals and organisations must be aware that in booking a room is conditional on agreement to the terms and conditions of hire.  The hall managers do their best to provide a safe environment, but users must be aware of their responsibilities to ensure the health and safety of people using the venue and make appropriate risk assessments and arrangements.   Also note this is a community hall and cleaning is scheduled twice a week - all hirers are expected to leave the hall as they would expect to find it - particularly if for example a party has been held. An additional charge may be made if the hall is not left in a clean condition.

 

From then on the process is as follows:-

  •  Read the note from Hallmaster on how to use their system. It may be helpful to print this 3 page pdf file to follow as you complete the booking application.

  • Click on the "Check Availability" button below to look at the online diary and check whether the date(s) required are available.

  • You will then need to register as a customer (if you aren't already registered).

  • You can then click on the date and session (or dates and sessions you want to submit the request).

  • This will then be considered by the Bookings Secretary who will confirm the booking with you (or may seek further information to validate the booking

  • Note that Bookings can be requested using this system - but where hirers are not regular customers we do like to gather further information , and ensure that hirers can use the hall safely
